ProActive Plus Support Agreement
The ProActive Plus agreement covers the complete proactive management of your IT
infrastructure. This allows you to budget your IT support costs, confident that
your systems are being meticulously maintained, enabling you to focus on your business.
- A completely proactive service.
- Includes maintenance tasks for your IT infrastructure including troubleshooting,
backup checks, patch management, housekeeping and implementation of best practices.
- Includes an initial site visit so that the network infrastructure can be fully documented
and an inventory of your systems can be made.
- Complimentary use of our BIT Stream Monitoring service which provides 24/7 monitoring
of your servers (up to two servers).
- Includes all on-site support as and when needed.
- Management of support agreements with 3rd party line of business providers such as
Sage and Maximizer.
- Priority access to BIT Solutions engineers and resources.
- The flexibility to give 60 days written notice to terminate the agreement. This
proves our commitment to always ensure you are getting the best service.
- Access to our other services if and when you wish to use them including BIT Stream
Email and BIT Stream Backup (additional fees may apply).
- Regular reviews of your IT infrastructure and strategy.
- Reduced price for additional servers if they are based at the same site.
- Priced per server and per PC.
- Payable monthly by standing order.
This agreement provides support Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm. Work conducted outside
of these hours is not included unless agreed with BIT Solutions.
