Training

 

IT training for your staff is vital to ensure that your company gets the best return on investment from their IT systems.  While new hardware and software solutions alone can bring dramatic improvements to the speed of your IT system, it’s availability and it’s security, your users need to understand how to operate newly deployed solutions.  For example, why invest in the latest version of Microsoft Office if the staff who use it are unaware of 85% of it’s features, many of which would save them considerable time?  

 

We offer bespoke on-site training courses for a range of end user products including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows XP.  As these courses are tailored to your individual requirements, the content will be relevant to your particular usage of the software.  In other words, we don’t teach from a book!  Consequently, we can address specific areas or weaknesses.  All courses are conducted by a skilled and experienced trainer.

 

We would encourage our clients to enrol their key members of staff on a 1 or 2 day training course on basic server and network administration.  This enables smaller companies to gain a degree of on-site IT knowledge, thereby helping to reduce their IT support costs.
